Omkaram bindu samyuktam nithyam dhyayanti yoginaha
Kamadam mokshadam chaiva omkaraya namo namaha (1)

Salutations to God Shiva, who resides in the center of Omkara, who at all times is meditated by Yogis or great sages
Who can fulfill the desires and liberate us to attain Moksha (Salvation), the one who is represented by the syllable Om, I reverently bow to you.

Namanti rushayo devaa namanty apsa-rasan ganaha
Naraa namanti devesham nakaraya namo namaha (2)

O the Great God, who is bowed by the Sages (Rishis) and is bowed by troops of Apsaras
The God of all the Devas to whom the humans bow down, the one represented by the syllable Na, I reverently bow to you (Great God Shiva)

Mahadevam mahatmanam mahadyanam parayanam
Maha papa haram devam makaraya namo namaha (3)

O the God of the Gods, O the supreme soul, on whom all the beings greatly meditate upon, who is beyond the thoughts
The Lord who is the remover of the great sins, the one represented by the syllable Ma, I reverently bow to you

Shivam shantham jagannatham lokanugraha karakam
Shivameka padam nithyam shikaraya namo namaha (4)

O the auspicious one, the abode of eternal peace, the God of the world, the reason behind the functioning of the lokas
The one called with the only eternal word Shiva, the one represented by the syllable Shi, I reverently bow to you

Vahanam vrushabho yasya Vasuki kantha Bhushanam
Vame shakthidharam devam vakaraya namo namaha (5)

The Lord who uses Vrushabha, a bull as his vehicle (Vahana),  adorned with Snake Vasuki around his neck as an ornament.
Who in his left side of the body is with the Goddess Shakthi, the one represented by the syllable Va, I reverently bow to you

Yatra yatra sthitho deva srava vyapi maheshwaraha
Yo guruh sarva devanaam yakaraya namo namaha (6)

The one who exists in all the places forever and is filled in all the directions, O Lord Maheshwara
Supreme Guru to all the Devas, the one represented by the syllable Ya, I reverently bow to you (Great God Shiva)

Shadakshara midam stotram yah patheth shiva sannidau
Shiva loka mavapnothi Shivena sahamodathey

Whoever recites this stotram, which is embodied with the six-syllable mantra in the abode of God Shiva
They will attain Shiva Loka and dwells with God Shiva.
